Mercy Kamau is a senior research fellow at Tegemeo Institute of Agricultural Policy and Development in Kenya. As director of the Tegemeo Institute Measurement, Learning and Evaluation (MLE) unit, she is responsible for implementing the "MLE Institutional Strengthening Project," which is supported by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Kamau received her Ph.D. in development economics from Wageningen University, The Netherlands.
