AMA Innovation Lab principal investigator Marc Bellemare published an op-ed on food waste in the Wall Street Journal on August 25, 2017. Bellemare is an associate professor of applied economics at the University of Minnesota, and is leading an AMA Innovation Lab project that seeks to promote index insurance in west Africa's cotton industry.
