The BRAC Uganda Agricultural Program has two main components involving a focus of training farmers, and through creating market channel inputs to provide community agricultural promoters. To date, this program has reached over 100,000 individual farmers. However, due to funding constraints, the program needs to be phased out, phased out where reverse-RCT is possible to review if the program is sustainable.
This presentation is based on AMA Innovation Lab projects for the 2013 BASIS/I4 Technical Committee Meeting. This meeting gathered researchers affiliated with the Index Insurance Innovation Initiative (I4) at UC Davis.
