Cheryl Palm was a Research Professor in the University of Florida Department of Agricultural and Biological Engineering. A tropical ecologist and biogeochemist, Palm’s research focused on land use change, degradation and rehabilitation, and ecosystem processes in tropical agricultural landscapes.
